  1. [00:00 to 00:49] Podcast intro

  2. [00:50 to 03:30] Guest introduction, her background as a very successful lawyer and litigator for 22 years specialising in health law, public polcy, medical malpractice, with excellent knowledge about pharmaceutical law, among other areas in the legal arena.

  3. [03:31 to 07:30] Gloriane Blais explains how she began to worry about what had been happening (about Covid-19) as early as March 2020, becoming publicly vocal on the matter. Blais was the only lawyer in Quebec criticising the Covid-19 mRNA shots, as they were merely in Phase 3 of their clinical trials. In 2021, she led a case about these experimental vaccines - the first to reach the federal level (from the court of appeal), making its way to the ears of the Supreme Court of Canada which eventually led to her disbarment in March of 2022. In that case, she had retained the expert testimony of Christine Cotton, a Biostatistician from France with 23 years experience in pharmaceutical industry. She also recalls the time she was representing a prominent businessman who was the victim of corruption on the part of the Quebec provincial government during the time that Jean Charest (a WEF acolyte) was its Premier - a case that made its way up to the Supreme Court of Canada, from the lower courts, including the Quebec Court of Appeal. She noted how the judicial system had failed during this case.

  4. [07:31 to 09:34] Merely days after the aforementioned case, Blais explains how she was bullied by her Bar association who ordered her to undergo a psyschiatric examination. She further explains that she did not submit to this “abuse of power.” This is reminiscent of the Dr. Jordan Peterson situation whereby his own professional association bullied him in similar fashion.

  5. [10:28 to 12:07] Blais expands on the legal field of Health Law which has many branches.

  6. [12:08 to 17:22] Blais explains the difference between the systems of Civil Law which is used in Quebec versus Common Law which is used in all the other Canadian provinces and Canada as a nation.

  7. [17:32 to 28:50] Here, I ask Blais what specific reasons or grounds the Bar association provided for her disbarment. The politicisation of courts.

  8. [28:51 to 35:11] I ask Blais to expand on the lack of consent regarding the experimental vaccines. Standards about informed consent.

  9. [35:12 to 35:44] The mission of the Barreau du Quebec.

  10. [35:45 to 42:53] Blais expands on how her Bar association had bullied her into taking a psych exam and its similitudes to the Dr. Jordan Peterson case, as well as how to fight back against such thuggery. She also talks about her current case before the Court of Appeal in which she calls for the abolishment of Quebec’s public health law, as it is written in its current form. There is nothing healthy in this public health law,” she affirms continuing that it is currently use to oppress human beings and is an abuse of power. She wants the court in Quebec to declare this law unconstitutional, as it impinges against our human, fundamental, and Charter rights, and goes against the underpinnings of a democratic society. The World Health Organization (WHO) and its threat to our democracy is also considered.

  11. [42:54 to 44:34] On how the currrent public health law in Quebec can actually be used by judges to force-vaccinate individuals.

  12. [44:35 to 46:26] On how now, in February of 2024, both the federal and provincial governments are still pushing the experimental mRNA injections on children and pregnant women, and her message to parents in this regard.

  13. [46:27 to 50:37] What legal resources and options do parents have in Quebec if their children have been injured or have died from these vaccines? is a question she addresses in this segment.

  14. [51:14 to 54:17] Here, I ask Gloriane Blais what would be her message of advice (regarding the current C19 measures and vaccine policies) to the Premier of Quebec, François Legault, and our Health Minister, Christian Dubé, if she were to meet them face-to-face.
Note: a video clip of this segment is provided below in this post.

  15. [54:18 to 55:47] Here, I ask Blais what message she has for other lawyers who are afraid to speak out about Covid-19-related issues.

  16. [55:48 to 01:00:00] Where people can get more information about her upcoming (Monday, February 5th) case at the Quebec Court of Appeal (in Montreal), and whether this case will be live-broadcasted. She mentioned that it will take place in the biggest courtroom in the building - The Lafontaine Courtroom. Blais reminds us that this case is not only for her, but for everyone; as such, she invites the general public to attend in person.

  17. [01:00:01 to 01:01:26] Where people can find Gloriane online and how people can support her.

  18. [01:01:27 to 01:04:04] Outro (song) - White Rabbit by Grace Slick of Jefferson Airplane.

Addendum (2024-02-05)

A quick update on Gloriane Blais’ court proceeding of 2024-02-05:

As per an entry on Gloriane’s Facebook page:

February 5, 2024

Today Gloriane Blais made a magistral plea before 3 judges of the Court of Appeal of Quebec. It was in order to earn his right to appeal the rejection of his request to order a new trial, as part of his request for unconstitutionality against the Quebec Public Health Law. She pleaded with heart and force. It was very moving to hear her as she spoke on behalf of all of us who have suffered from this false plan-democracy and these false v... I thank her for her words that will be forever engraved in history and in my heart. 🙏💞🙏💞😍 For the judges decision, she had no decision on the bench. Which means their decision will be made in 30 days. I pray those 3 judges have the common sense to let her go on appeal. The room I was in was huge and packed to the brim. I was told another room had been opened so crowded and it was filled as well Thanks to all those who traveled sometimes from very far to come and support her. 🙏🙏💞😍 Also thanks to those who support her and couldn't make it.

So, it appears that no decision was made on this day and it will take up to 30 days for the court to render its decision. That subsequent decision will determine whether or not she will have earned the right to appeal.

Apparently, the largest room in the courthouse was packed to the brim and even another room had to be opened which was also filled.

Here are a few photos from the day:

Future updates will be posted below this addendum when they become available.
