Show Notes
The 1967 Toronto Protocols
A good part of our early discussion surrounded the little known 1967 Toronto Protocols which were essentially the globalists’ blueprint plan for a New World Order.
Quebec investigative journalist Serge Monast published these in 1995 through his publishing company International Free Press Agency as "Intelligence Report." (click here to access the 13-page PDF).
Quebec investigative journalist Serge Monast (1945 – 1996).
We explored how many of the tenets from the protocols document – for which we speculate was likely leaked to Monast by an insider source – have actually come true more and are omnipresent in today’s global society.
There was also a subsequent meeting of this globalist elite group in 1985 where they expanded on their plans for global domination for which we briefly touched upon.
While it remains particularly difficult to authenticate whether these meetings took place and the documents as genuine, what is happening in the world now certainly seems to suggest that they are indeed authentic.
We can also add the fact that Monast’s two children were taken away from him by the state (as a possible form of punishment for his outspokenness?) and that he died under very mysterious circumstances, as Lex pointed out during our talk.

Disease X
The guys mentioned the work of a writer, Shawn Paul Melville from
Civilian Intelligence Network and an article he wrote about Disease X.
Melville also wrote an article about the upcoming (April 8) Solar Eclipse. So, I thought it could be interesting to link to these articles.
A lot of speculation abounds surrounding Disease X, particularly since it has been pushed at the annual Davos meeting for the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Google Gemini & Generative AI
We also talked about the train wreck launch of Google’s Generative AI product called Gemini which has proven to be highly racist against white people, attempts to alter history through revisionism, and seeks to normalise paedophilia.
Evil at Google, for that matter, is nothing new.
Bill 50 & Climate Lockdowns
During the interview, I asked Lex and Bch for their comments regarding Bill 50 and possible Climate Lockdowns that could occur as a result of a “Climate Emergency” being declared.
For background information on this, you can consult my article Climate Lockdowns coming to Quebec? Bill 50 suggests so on the issue.
In a nutshell, the fear is that should the WHO (see hereunder) obtain powers to declare global emergencies, nations could be forced to follow their guidelines; and a “climate crisis” could be considered such a kind of global emergency upon which very egregious (much worse than during the Covid-19 Pandemic) measures could be implemented and imposed on the population.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is currently negotiating a “Pandemic Treaty” with governments around the world, including Canada, with the focus on the revision of something called the International Health Regulations, or IHRs.
Each country has an IHR Focal Point office, including Canada (see also Canada and the International Health Regulations (IHR): Overview), which communicates on a daily basis with the WHO for the negotiations – which are done in secret, by the way.
I have made an Access To Information (ATI) request four months ago to obtain more information on these negotiations, but the Public Health Agency of Canada appears to be refusing to disclose information regarding my request.

The Duplessis Orphans (from 1940s/50s Quebec)
Lex brought up this sordid window of history whereby there were nearly 5,000 orphans who became wards of Quebec province, falsely being certified as mentally ill and subject to many horrible kinds of abuses.

Wikipedia’s page Duplessis Orphans provides the following introduction to this dark chapter of history:
“The Duplessis Orphans (French: les Orphelins de Duplessis) were a population of Canadian children[1] wrongly certified as mentally ill by the provincial government of Quebec and confined to psychiatric institutions in the 1940s and 1950s. Many of these children were deliberately miscertified in order to acquire additional subsidies from the federal government. They are named for Maurice Duplessis, who served as Premier of Quebec for five non-consecutive terms between 1936 and 1959. The controversies associated with Duplessis, and particularly the corruption and abuse concerning the Duplessis orphans, have led to the popular historic conception of his term as Premier as La Grande Noirceur ("The Great Darkness") by its critics.
The Duplessis Orphans have accused both the government of Quebec and the Roman Catholic Church of wrongdoing. The Catholic Church has denied involvement in the scandal, and disputes the claims of those seeking financial compensation for harm done.[2]
It is believed to be the largest case of child abuse in Canadian history outside of the Canadian Indian residential school system.[3][4] ”
The French version of the same entry for Wikipedia (Orphelins de Duplessis) states:
“Dans les années qui suivirent, longtemps après la fermeture de ces institutions, les enfants devenus adultes commencèrent à dénoncer les mauvais traitements et les abus sexuels qu'ils avaient subis aux mains des prêtres, des sœurs et des administrateurs catholiques.
English Translation: In the years that followed, long after these institutions closed, children as adults began to speak out about the mistreatment and sexual abuse they had suffered at the hands of Catholic priests, nuns, and administrators.”
