Maybe the same type of people brought about fascism & communism. I've read Technocracy, Shock Doctrine & Whitney Webb's books as well. Since you are a reader, I'd suggest Richard Poe's - How the British Invented Communism (And Blamed it on the Jews), a short paper that pulls it all together and ends with the WEF. Marx was married into and supported by British aristocracy, and communism/socialism was never really about ownership by all the people but rather to get them to overthrow the middle class, who the aristocrats hated. They don't want any private property owners besides themselves.
Fascism, communism - both lead ultimately back to feudalism/slavery. A small group of aristocrats who own everything in the world, all land & resources, businesses, animals, etc, ruling over the dumbed down, illiterate, uneducated peasants. Culling the herd as needed.
