Thank you for all your research and compiling it for us. I am confused about the sovereignty issue. I watched a video of James Roguski interviewing law professor Bruce Pardy who said that international agreements are not binding (ie. climate agreements) but local governments could be acting as though they were binding. And we can see Canada’s current government’s loyalty to the WHO unfortunately.
I didn't yet watch this video. I will if I can squeeze in the time. As for Canada (I mean the Trudeau Gov't, Health Canada, provinces, et al), they have followed the WHO's ad hoc guidelines (which weren't even their own *real* guidelines - for they ignored their own pandemic guidelines - I covered this aspect in my C19-Holocaust series) during C19 in violation of our Supreme Law - which is inherently a violation of our sovereignty - both nationally and on an individual (man/woman) basis.
I had a stroke. 7 months to the day ( late Aug. 2023 ) . I have Aphasia, and no right hand, and the leg and foot. God, I'm out of commission. I do three hours every day of my own therapy, and the lang (45 min evey day).
I was working early on, right after Trudeau said 'censorship was a part of his governments vision. And then it just snowballed. And every day I tried to raise awareness. My Dad and Mother died, and I was very stressed. I think I had the stroke because of the stress. I'm in Ontario. I'm 66. I don't have family ( except for my husband ) , my family doesn't want to know, and my friends ( ex - cause their injected and don't want to hear about it) . I have one friend and another one far away.
So if I can , please . Offer me some advice, what about moving to Alberta?
Donna, I am so sorry to hear about your situation. The only advice I can offer you is to connect with like-minded people - offline and online - who are worth your time. Life is to short to waste on ignorant people. If ones close to you want to drink the C19 and other related Kool Aid, that is their bad.
Moving is hard and expensive and each province has its ups and downs (I'm in Quebec). Depending on your financial means, of course, you could even consider moving to a more sunny/warm destination if that is ever feasible. Many seniors do so - whether in the Southern U.S., Mexico, or elsewhere. That kind of change of scenery can really rejuvinate the soul. But, I realise that it is not easy to do.
I completely left Canada in 2008 for 13 years. And honestly, I am contemplating on whether I should do so again within the next few years - should the situation not improve and continue to deteriorate as it exponentially has been.
Wish I could offer you better advice and encouragement, but I'm afraid I am falling short. Sorry.
As a Canadian citizen and passport holder, you don't need a visa to travel to most countries. If you go down south to a country, you can usually reside 3 (or 6) months, simply cross the border to a neighbouring country for a day and come back and you get another 3/6 months. Of course, double check this for the specific country you would go to.
I often see Bill's name in the comments, so itis great to hear that he has tried to help you a bit. Your articles are long and very well researched. The WHO article was excellent and I think some of your readers may know quite a bit about it. What I was very interested in was the Canadian news and the link for Canadians to comment. I noticed a few other commenters also noted the Canadian content. I read lots of content about the US and UK and the WHO and what citizens can do, but you are the first to give a great account of the Canadian government/bureaucrat stand on this. I am not a writer or an editor, but a consumer of good writing and I think that some shorter articles looking at it from the Canadian perspective may help get you published. I also read Epoch Times and their medical articles can be long, but they do follow a formula from what I can see. It has a large readership, but I am sure it is tough to get published with them. Thanks for the links to your prior articles. Keep pushing. You are very talented.
The Epoch Times does great work. Two top notch journalists from Canada there include Matthew Horwood and Noe Chartier. See my interview with the former hereunder:

Fantastic work Dan! I really appreciate the Canadian information and the link to write and offer my opinion and concerns as a Canadian citizen on the treaty and amendments. The secrecy and lack of transparency is especially egregious. I see that Mrs. Kahn did not answer your question about this. Dr. Meryl Nass and Dr. Tess Lawrie have both brought up that a completed draft of the IHR amendments must be presented to all 193 countries 4 months in advance of the vote. The Netherlands is asking for a delay on the vote for this reason and if they can't get a delay, they will vote No. If more countries would ensure that the WHO is following their own rules by delaying the vote, that would be a start. Why the rush? Pandemics are so rare and not usually pandemics at all. Could you submit your articles to The Brownstone Institute or other venues? You are an excellent journalist and they would be lucky to have you. Thanks again Dan.
Hi Vivian. I have submitted a few articles to Brownstone in the past and even got a bit of help from Bill Rice Jr. (https://billricejr.substack.com/) who also writes for them. But, I think my articles might be too long for them and their usual format. It's difficult to get re-published in other outlets. I had often submitted more of my work to GlobalResearch, but haven't heard back from the editorial team. I think they are just too busy and overwhelmed with the mountains of info/articles to process. My previously published articles on GR can be seen here: https://www.globalresearch.ca/author/dan-fournier
Please reach out to Sarah Westall. She republishes the written work of othes at her Business Game Changers website. https://sarahwestall.com/ She is also on Substack. https://sarahwestall.substack.com/ An independent investigate journalist I often read is Corey's Digs. She and The Sharp Edge publish detailed and well sourced reports at https://www.coreysdigs.com/ These ladies are in the U.S.
You have packed this full of incredible information and put it together in a manner that is easy to comprehen. Thank you so much for this report.
Thanks. these ladies do excellent work. Check out the works on Corey's Digs about all the 100 or so orgs that are based in Switzerland that have immunity from prosecution.
This is so packed full of information that I have not seen elsewhere on the WHO especially as it relates to Canada. Leslyn Lewis is really smart and a lawyer. Unfortunately due to ideological capture most Canadians are not paying attention to the alarm bells she is raising. Our leadership is so deep into the pockets of outside interests and Canadians are being sold out. With respect to the so called public consultation. I read an article by one of the participants discussing the event. The major concern or focus of this participant was on ‘representation’ with the entire piece discussing the importance of the consultation including diverse groups in the process. That was it! Nothing whatsoever said about what process they were engaged in, nothing about the WHO, what it was seeking, and whether it was a good thing. That’s why these ‘diverse’ groups were included. None of them care about doing right by Canadians but rather, they care about their interest groups and their relative power.
I tried to find it while writing about what I remembered. It was posted on SubStack reprinted from another publication, but not easy to find now. What I remember most was that there was no commentary on the WHO agreement or implications. The article focused on the 'inclusivity' of the public consultation.
The Cartel is working overtime to censor Sabrina Wallace's Psinergy Channel on Odysee.com. She is a former electrical engineer who has been instrumental in providing proof of how the IEEE has connected our bodies to the Internet of Bio-Nano Things and the WBAN (Wireless Body Area Network IEEE802.15.6 in the Terahertz Band.) These are crimes of warrantless search and seizure contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
Great job, Dan. I read most of it and skimmed the parts I didn't read fully. It only takes about 20 seconds to reach the conclusion this treaty and "amendments" would probably put a stake in the concept of individual freedom and national sovereignty.
Thanks for this important and unbiased reporting Dan. I agree with Bill’s conclusion. It seems Ms. Lewis presented a petition with over 90K signatures but it’s closed now. https://www.ourcommons.ca/petitions/en/Petition/Details?Petition=e-4623 Is there anything else individuals can do?

Thanks Bill!
We appreciate you fighting this.
Well the main objective with this article is to provide factual updates. It is up to each individual to fight this if they are against it.
Does your state have legislation against the WHO/UN/WEF like the others listed above? I think you are in Alabama if my memory serves me well (?)
Yes, Sweet Home Alabama. I need to contact my state legislator and bring to his attention all these points.
Please do so!

Not sure what will come of the petition or the treaty/negotiations themselves. Your guess is as good as mine.
