Under False Authority, Under False Oaths

Justin Trudeau being sworn in as Canada's 23rd Prime Minister on November 4, 2015
I will keep this one relatively short, for I prefer you to take your precious time to listen to what a real truth warrior sounds like.
I referenced Dr. Daniel Nagase in one of my recent articles titled Canadian Doctors Still Under Attack for Exposing Stillbirths Caused by C19 Vaccines. In it, I referred to Dr. Nagase as a Samurai-like honorable doctor who is fighting for noble causes.
As with the real samurais from historical Japan, Nagase shares such traits of such honorable warriors.
Let us call him our #CanadianSamurai.
If you haven’t already seen Dr. Daniel Nagase’s impassioned and extremely powerful speech on ‘Good vs. Bad Oaths’, (alternate video links here and here) from the World Wide Freedom Rally held in Vancouver on November 19, 2022, please watch it now and then come back to read the rest of this article.
There would be too much to quote from Dr. Nagase’s speech. So, instead of doing so, I will briefly go over some of his statements about our politicians and other civil servants taking their oaths of office, and what they really mean for us Canadians.
First, let us have a look at the oath, or I should say oaths that Canadian prime ministers take when being sworn in.
Trudeau’s oaths when sworn in as Prime Minister in 2015
Here, it is important to mention that, thanks to Ginger Taylor, the Prime Minister swears three oaths: of Allegiance to the Queen (Crown), of the Members of the Privy Council, of Office.
As Taylor notes, the Canadian PM does not swear an oath to any of our founding documents, the Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms, nor to Canadian principles, nor to Canadian people.
Dr. Nagase correctly points out in his speech that Trudeau’s allegiance is to the Queen, or Crown/King since the queen is now dead.
In addition, the Prime Minister declares his oath to the Privy Council.
This entity, has a broad scope of roles and activities, including advising the Prime Minister and his Cabinet, and coordinating responses the country faces – such as what we saw with the Truckers Convoy.
The Privy Council is supposed to offer transparency to the Canadian public, as part of their mandate is to ‘foster an accountable Public Service’.
It is also worth recalling that the Declaration of the Public Emergency Order was officially enacted by Order in Council number 2022-0106 on February 14th, 2022.
Further, the Orders in Council division should ‘respond to public inquires’. As such, and per provisions in the Emergency Act, an Order in Council number 2022-392 dated April 25, 2022 was issued which lead to the current Public Order Emergency Commission, or POEC, currently flooding news and social media headlines.
The POEC Commissioner, Paul Rouleau, is required to submit to the Governor in Council a final report on the justification for the invocation of the Emergency Act no later than February 6, 2023.
Not much is expected to come out of it, for the Commission has “no legal teeth”, observes True North; it cannot impose fines, charges, or legal actions against parties that may be been found to have erred in or outrightly abused their duties of office.
This includes the Prime Minister who perjured himself during his testimony to the commission, and will most likely not face any penalties for doing so.
Why?
Because his allegiance and oaths are not for the Canadian people, but rather to the Crown and to the Privy Council, as observes Dr. Nagase.
Here is the text of the oath to the Prime Minister swears to members of the Privy Council [with emphasis added]:
“I, __________, do solemnly and sincerely swear (declare) that I shall be a true and faithful servant to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, as a member of Her Majesty's Privy Council for Canada. I will in all things to be treated, debated and resolved in Privy Council, faithfully, honestly and truly declare my mind and my opinion. I shall keep secret all matters committed and revealed to me in this capacity, or that shall be secretly treated of in Council. Generally, in all things I shall do as a faithful and true servant ought to do for Her Majesty. So help me God.”
As you can see from this oath, Trudeau is bound to secrecy in the capacity of his duties.
As such, he will continue to be subservient to the British Monarchy and members of the Privy Council. In other words, he takes his orders from them, and, most likely in an indirect fashion, from the likes of his overlords at the World Economic Forum, including its leader Klaus Schwab, if not others.
Many of his orders, unfortunately for Canadians, are in the best interest of these supranational entities and provide little, if any, value to the enrichment and well-being of everyday Canadians.
“Does that make his [Trudeau’s] behavior in the Trucker Protest make more sense?
He has a higher loyalty than his loyalty to every Canadian,” notes Ginger Taylor.
If the reader is still not convinced that prime ministers’ allegiances are towards the Crown and other supranational entities rather than to their own citizens, then just consider the countries that underwent the strictest measures over the last two years during the Covid-19 pandemic; they included the likes of Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
Are things starting to make sense now?
These strict measures, including lockdowns, curfews, [what amounts to] forced vaccinations, dismissals or stigmatisation and ridicule for refusing to take experimental Covid-19 vaccines, abuses of elderly in retirement homes (especially in Quebec province), using our children as guinea pigs, infanticide, among other atrocities, have irreparably damaged Canada and its people.
These measures were never about keeping us safe, as Trudeau often states; but rather for more nefarious reasons.
It is clear as day to see that Trudeau’s actions over the last several years have done very little that is constructive and beneficial to Canada and its people.
Our civil servants’ oaths
Many would argue that the Prime Minister alone has limited say and power over Canadian affairs, which certainly has some merit.
However, we must not forget other civil servants such as our MPs and others that are supposed to server us, yet take on similar oaths of office.
Dr. Nagase correctly observes in his speech that many other civil servants such as Parliament itself, provincial legislatures, members of parliament (MPs), lawyers, law enforcement officers, and medical doctors swear oaths that are duty-bound to the Crown.
Breaking a False Oath to a False Authority
Dr. Nagase observed early in his speech [with emphasis added]:
“And the reason why Justin Trudeau hasn’t been jailed for treason is because you can only commit treason if you disobey the Queen [Crown]. So that means every lie that Justin Trudeau said, every act of coercion to force people into a medical experiment, it came straight from the top. And the people who should be most offended by this are veterans or sons of veterans, daughters of veterans…Now the question each and every one of us has to ask of someone who holds an oath to the crown, doesn’t matter if it’s a lawyer who holds an oath to the bar that sits under the crown, a judge, a member of parliament, or a politician, or the Prime Minister himself, if any man or woman holds an oath to something that is less than the highest authority, they have sold their soul to a false authority. And they did it through an oath.”
He then talks about freedom and how the highest authority, God, is a forgiving one.
And, those who took these false oaths can break them.
Redemption is at hand should they choose the right path.
Nagase concludes this point with:
“Even if you made a mistake, you swore an oath to a decrepit crown on the other side of the ocean, you sold your soul for a paycheck, the highest authority [God] has a way for you to get your soul back. And that’s breaking an oath. Breaking a false oath to a false authority.”
With this powerful speech, Dr. Nagase really gets into the heart of the matter which plagues our nation and many others around the world.
Similar to the persecution of organizations such as the Oath Keepers in the United States and the likes of honorable men like Sheriff Richard Mack, we have also witnessed similar treatment to outspoken individuals in Canada such as Tamara Lich as well as many others related to the Truckers Convoy. The same can be said about veterans and law enforcement officers who have spoken out during the pandemic.
Police4Freedom Canada and Mounties for Freedom have been two such groups advocating for members in law enforcement to serve Canadians rather than false authorities. For it, their members have had to endure ridicule, personal attacks, threats for speaking out, and dismissals.
My first article published as a journalist was that of a real Canadian patriot – Patrick McNulty, a CBSA officer who refused to carry out such immoral orders and got fired for speaking the truth while educating people about their rights.
Thousands upon thousands who have spoken out, including medical doctors, nurses, lawyers, and so on have been bullied, persecuted and targeted by our federal government and through its strong-armed agencies.
Many of our institutions have become corrupted even apart from their blind subservience to these false oaths. “I was just doing my job and following orders,” they often blurt.
What’s on deck for Canada in 2023 and beyond?
Unless the masses continue to start waking up and rise to such tyranny, we are facing many more years of oppressive measures and instruments of slavery.
These false authorities are hard at work developing projects such as national digital IDs, a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), and more fake Carbon Tax mechanisms aimed at destroying the livelihoods of hard-working Canadians and their families.
It’s time to #WakeUpCanada!

Thank you for writing a thorough article. If your words were taught in every high school, there would be hope that the next generation would never put up with this criminality.
