This white bird is not really like the usual representations of the phoenix in many regards.
More like the Flores white stork of mythology associated with killing babies and humans.
The phoenix is typically brown not white; the neck and beak are eagle-like, not long and stork-like with a hook at the end of the beak; rises from ashes not a "shed skin" as noted.
The stork has come to be associated with delivering babies, but the history is scrambled.
A stork-like bird with a hook on the end of its beak, having shed a snake-like skin, is obviously open to various interpretations.
Regardless, the imagery is sinister, not redemptive and inspiring.

While this could be considered merely coincidental, the TIME at which he received the jab was at 3:22 in the afternoon.
322 is a very significant number, for it is central to the secret society called Skull & Bones (see below for more information on this death cult which includes the three Bush boys and John Kerry among its adepts) who are known to be associated with the Freemasons.
