Yes definitely agree that it is a plan to destroy self-sufficiency based again on a scam. I read somewhere that there were politicians trying to stop neighbours from sharing garden seeds in the U.S. It is too bad Quebec has fallen for the agenda. Alberta and Saskatchewan seem to be the only two provinces trying to fight back. The decision to leave is not an easy one. Part of me thinks I should stay and fight for our rights and the other part of me is looking into where to live. The problem is that this is a global war and countries like Costa Rica are 100% on board with the program. Some countries may be slower to follow the narrative which would buy a bit more time for quality of life. A sunny country also has food growing on trees and lots of vitamin D. Have you found a country that is less likely to follow the narrative? Would you consider moving to Alberta or Saskatchewan where there are more like-minded people? Have a great weekend too.

Albania became a refuge for a surprising number of 'resistors' during the worst of the KOVID KAPER - less restrictions, near but not IN the EU, very cheap (at the time - but now that the guys working in UK grow ops are returning home with their 'winnings' getting inflated/more expensive)Adriatic riviera vibe along the coast and cool mountain runnings inland. Most peeple are completely unaware of this lil gem - there's a canuckistani woman moved there couple of years back who has done some podcasts on 'life in Pogradec' -

which is on a lake with very clean water(and deep lake trout)shared with N. Macedonia. The people are divided pretty much evenly between Catholic/Orthodox & Muslim... and everyone gets along really swell - imagine that! For life outside the 'fish bowl' the west has become - highly recommended.

Very interesting. Thank you!

The banned seed selling during C19.

On the whole, many countries in the Global South are less on board with these globalist schemes (though many followed suit during C19) and don't fret as much about all the nonsense policies.

Thanks Dan. I will write her as well. I haven't heard about this local bylaw. I tried to find it and I did find that they want to eliminate wood stoves by 2027, but it was on a hunting blog. Unsure if they meant stop selling them by 2027? I do understand that the smoke can be very toxic when the stoves are not used properly. We have had that type of smoke come into our home from our neighbours next door. That would just take some education but we know there plans are abnormal to put it mildly. When I lived in Toronto, we had a neighbour who burned painted scrap wood in a fireplace to heat his house. It was brutal! He was quite the character. ;)

Yeah, I get it with regards to certain regulations (e.g., neighbours not burning toxic crap in their stoves / backyards and the like); those can be reasonable regulations. But what I think is happening here are more intentional power grabs and using the Climate Hoax/Scam to force all people into one energy source (electricity) - so that way they can more easily tax and control them. They don't want people to have means to be self-sufficient (same gig with growing your own food), but want them more reliant on the gov't so that they can more easily be controlled.

See my recent article which touches upon these very points with the wood stoves & control: Climate Lockdowns coming to Quebec? Bill 50 suggests so, https://fournier.substack.com/p/climate-lockdowns-coming-to-quebec).

Things are so ridiculous here in QC. I was thinking of getting a motorcross bike this Spring/Summer, but now they obligate you to take an expensive course (at least $1100). Such bullshit. When I was 13-14 years old, I had a motocross which I could drive on the road and only had to plate it. That's it. They want effin permits and shit for everything now. It's such a restrictive society. I am working on my Plan B to a nice sunny destination down south because at the rate things are going on here, I would be foolish not to.

Have a great weekend.

Thanks so much for this information to help me move forward. I wasn't sure if I should write to the Minister of Health of NS and the Premier as they haven't responded to my concerns prior to the hasty vote. Also, it may be better to get this information from the Privacy Commission and then write to them and my MLA if the PC response is helpful.

I spoke with my family physician yesterday and she said personal information has nothing to do with improving services. She says NS needs more laboratories, ultrasound machines, MRI's more than they need doctors. She said that doctors are waiting so long for results because of lack of resources and this causes up to 2 year waits for certain tests and surgeries. She said that confidential records should never go to a third party. She said the doctors are all in agreement with not giving information to a third party, but I don't think they grasp how much power they have if they all refused access. I would think they have some oath or policy regarding doctor patient confidentiality. The Colleges are supposed to protect the public from physician malfeasance, so what do you think about writing to them after the privacy commission response?

I will write the commission in the next few days. Thanks again for the great links!

I would also write to 'Minister of Health of NS' with your concerns and questions. If they do not reply, that is also a response in itself (in that they do not care) and proof of their nefariousness.

As for NS, I also heard from a resident that in a certain municipality (I forget which one(s)) they passed a local bylaw by which they can enter residents' homes by force to confiscate their wood stoves. I believe I heard this in the following Spaces: https://rumble.com/v4jho3e-105.6-eyes-bank-of-canada-treason.html

Hi Dan, Thank you for this information! In Nova Scotia they just passed new legislation for the Minister of Health and whomever they appoint to collect "personal health information" from Nova Scotian's medical records. When questioned, the minister stated that they were not interested in personal information, but only in aggregate data to see where and what medical services were used and this would allow them to better allocate and budget services. I wrote the Minister of Health and the Premier and my first question was couldn't they attain this information from billing? I also asked if they could remove the "personal health information" clause as it would damage the confidential relationship between health care provider and the patient. I haven't heard anything back and they voted a royal assent 2 days after the CBC reported what they were doing. I read about it first in The Canadian Independent. It was rushed quickly through an omnibus bill. When I read Theo's tweet it all began to make sense that this is really about the PIB. I will write the Premier again and ask for his assertion that he and the Premier's office protect the health and information sovereignty of Nova Scotians and I will bring up the PIB's. Also thank you for showing us the FOIA request non-response and getting in touch with Mrs. Kahn. You are doing great work. I will become a subscriber a little later this month. Vivian

Hi Vivian, thanks for your important comment and apologies for the tardy reply.

2 things:

1) This seems to be yet another effort to funnel personal medical info into a centralised database for [illegal] verification like if one has been vaccinated for XYZ, for example. I say illegal for 2 reasons. First, it is done without consent and in violation of doctor-patient confidentiality; and second, I believe it is in violation of the Constitution (specifically, Article 52(1) - the Supremacy clause), though I am not a lawyer and this is not legal/law advice:

"52.(1) The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect."

https://www.justice.gc.ca/eng/csj-sjc/rfc-dlc/ccrf-ccdl/check/art521.html

2) They would also be in violation of our Privacy rights. See the 'Your privacy rights' of their website, https://priv.gc.ca/en/privacy-topics/information-and-advice-for-individuals/your-privacy-rights/

Also see their section 'The federal government and your personal information', https://www.priv.gc.ca/en/privacy-topics/information-and-advice-for-individuals/your-privacy-rights/the-federal-government-and-your-personal-information/

"What is personal information?

The Privacy Act offers protections for personal information, which it defines as any recorded information “about an identifiable individual.”

It can include your race; national or ethnic origin; religion; age; marital status; blood type; fingerprints; medical, criminal or employment history; information on financial transactions; home address; and your Social Insurance Number, driver’s licence or any other identifying number assigned to you."

Notice the term "medical" (information).

I would strongly encourage you to email the Privacy Commissioner's office with regards to the Nova Scotia bill/law and ask them their interpretation. You can find their contact info hereunder (by email is always better than phone because it leaves a trace):

https://www.priv.gc.ca/en/contact-the-opc/

Information request form: https://services.priv.gc.ca/q-s/allez-go/eng/8b62761b-7100-4016-886c-0279a78670d6

It can take a while to get a response, but it is worth contacting them. I would also mention 52(1) of the Constitution when you are writing to them to ask if the NS data-grab would be in violation of this.

Feel free to come back here in the Comments section to post your response.

Hope this helps.

I wouldn't wait to do this. For, we night to fight these evil doers early in their quest for total control over our lives and bodies.
