Hi Lynda, as weather modification is extremely broad in scope there is certainly merit that it can encompass or be integral to geoengineering goals - which could be the case for the QC fires. That is why I included it as a possibility, especially given that there is a treaty (which I specified and linked to in my article) - and thus legal obligation - for Canada AND the U.S. to report on any activities that could affect each other's air space/territory. I received the usual lies - contrails and the like which is total nonsense. I even had an hour+ long conversation with a retired pilot who is now at Transports Canada. After I sent him many links (like you have provided above), and evidence of these wrongdoings he never wrote back.
This tells me that these agencies have been CAPTURED / TAKEN OVER / SUBVERTED and are not there to serve the Canadian public nor protect our amazing Canadian environment, but rather to serve the interests of the Climate Scammers at the UN, WEF, etc.

Bill Hopkins, the executive vice president for the National Weather Service employees organization (NWSEO) said this:
“As a taxpayer, I find it highly disturbing that a government agency continues to push gag orders to hide how they operate. This is the work of the American government, owned by the American public, and should be open to the American public.”
Jeff Ruch, the executive director "PEER" (Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility) said this about the "gag orders".
“The National Weather Service is about the last place where national security-style secrecy rules need to be enforced,” Ruch noted that the broad scope of the gag orders put much of what goes on inside the agency under wraps. “Everyone is free to talk about the weather except for the people working inside the National Weather Service. Go figure.”Other weather agencies and personnel have also been actively engaged in public deception.

This summer, the National Weather Service began requiring a signed confidentiality agreement (Exhibit I) from NWSEO participants along with all participants on the OWA teams. These agreements purport to bind NWSEO representatives from communicating with its members, members of Congress or any other person regarding agency plans and how they are determined. These agreements also do not contain terms allowing reports of actual or impending law or rule violations, gross mismanagement, waste or abuse.

I will take some time to look each and everyone over when time permits.
I am really grateful that you posted them, for it should help awaken those who are oblivious to these crimes against humanity and the REAL cause of the climate change that does exist.
I have been studying this stuff for about a decade now.
Upon my return to Canada in 2021 (after 13 years abroad), I started to try to gather info by making official inquiries to almost all the related agencies (except the military) regarding the MASSIVE geoengineering Aerosol Spraying (a.k.a., Chemtrailing) occuring in our skies (it is AWFUL where I live in Quebec - at a consitent frequency of about 4-5 times/days per week). I received the usual lies - contrails and the like which is total nonsense. I even had an hour+ long conversation with a retired pilot who is now at Transports Canada. After I sent him many links (like you have provided above), and evidence of these wrongdoings he never wrote back.
This tells me that these agencies have been CAPTURED / TAKEN OVER / SUBVERTED and are not there to serve the Canadian public nor protect our amazing Canadian environment, but rather to serve the interests of the Climate Scammers at the UN, WEF, etc.
