Looked up lawfare - normally wouldn't go to wiki but this sounds like what I thought it was and was right up there on the search page.

And it sounds illegal (subverting justice, abuse of inherent/civil and protected rights, etc. ) to me, especially when used by public employees against a member of the public that's paying their salaries.

Thanks for the great discussion, I definitely need to include more independent Canadian voices into my attention. It sounds like Amanda does excellent work! I'm not surprised to hear that some people are having better luck representing themselves, but it's definitely a sign of how bad things have gotten. Really excited for future episodes!
