When I lived in Shenzhen (China) there was regular chemtrails. And they did it even more in Wuhan. These I've seen with my own eyes. Not entirely sure about other major cities (in terms of regular chemtrails) but I've seen it in many during my domestic travels there.
I actually have many more photos that show the problem to be a lot worse with skies completely filled with them at times.
2) SOUTHEAST ASIA:
Didn't see any when I traveled to Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
Spent a lot of time in Thailand and zero chemtrails.
It really depends on the country and their alignment with the UN (and their sub-unit, the ICAO, International Civil Aviation Organization). Their governments - either by ignorance or complicit willingness - chose to go with using the airlines to produce contrail cirrus to block the sun.
